We want you to love your Rebecca Minkoff purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your merchandise in the original box, including all dust bags and protective materials, then attach the shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand off your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
